More goals? We have to check off mandated goals all day long! I empathize! But hear me out. In the midst of all the standards, policies, and milestones we have to track, it's easy to lose sight of our own goals as teachers: goals for our classrooms, goals for the work culture we spend time in, and goals for our professional growth I will lead you through a holistic goal setting process that digs deeper than the typical 10 minute SMART goals exercise we've all heard of and we'll put action steps in place by the end of our time together. In this workshop, we will set aside the tracking and checklists we have to adhere to in our daily work and connect back to the larger purpose we each carry for our work in early childhood education. This process will make it easier to stay anchored in your purpose when you go back to your classroom and you'll take tools with you to stay committed to it in the year ahead. This Event is approved for 2 Growing Futures Approved Basic Training Hours.
