Caring for children and families is an important and powerful job. However, because of the responsibility and demand of the job, burnout is a common problem for early childhood professionals. Shellie Beeker Ph.D., LPCC-S (ND), LPC (MN,CO) will share tips on how to prevent burnout, recognize signs of burnout, and learn ways to cope with the stress of caring for others.
